The Strathcona Public Building, located on the corner of 82 Avenue and 105 Street in Edmonton was built between 1911 and 1913 during the massive building boom in Edmonton! This beautiful historic building was designed by David Ewart, the Chief Architect of the Canadian Department of Public Works. The building originally served as a post office and federal office building. Over the years the building housed a lot of different businesses. Currently it remains a unique space for local restaurants and bars.
