We are excited to introduce Owen Herklotz as the newest member of The Lorenz Team Realty Group. Owen is joining the team as a Real Estate Associate and will be working with both Buyer’s & Seller’s as they navigate the world of Residential and Rural Real Estate.
Raised on a farm, Owen has lived his entire life in the country. Throughout high school, Owen thought his career would involve working in the trades. Being a ‘hands on’ learner, the trades were a natural fit and eventually led to a career in big engine repairs. It didn’t take long before Owen recognized that he wasn’t meant for a 9-5 job nor did he want a life of shift work – rather he knew he was meant to be his own boss. Having been exposed to Real Estate by his family and a close family friend, Owen realized this was the career he wanted. One where he could make a difference in people’s lives while pursuing a career that was more inline with his values and goals. Owen is extremely proud of where he grew up and it holds a special place in his heart. He’s interested in all areas of Real Estate but is currently focusing on Acreages, Farms and Land, and sees himself as being a great resource for people who are considering life in a Rural setting. Owen likes creating relationships with people, helping them out, and in general wants the best for everyone. He feels real estate will help him accomplish all of these goals and allow him to help others accomplish their goals.
